What is The Athletic Club?
Every athlete has to start somewhere
A soccer player, dancer, boxer, tennis player, runner, and basketball player may all move differently - but underneath the sport, they all need a foundation of strength, power, coordination, agility, endurance, mobility, and control.
The Athletic Club is where you build that foundation.
This isn't specialized sport training, and it isn't designed to be the final destination of your athletic development. It's the starting point - a place to develop the fundamental physical qualities that allow you to eventually specialize, perform, and progress in whatever direction you choose.
Whether you're preparing to enter a sport, return to one, cross-training for your current sport, or simply want to develop you athletic ability, The Athletic Club gives you the foundation to build from.
THE ATHLETIC CLUB
WHERE ATHLETIC TRAINING BEGINS
Build the strength, speed, coordination, endurance, mobility, and power that every athlete needs - then take that foundation wherever you want to go.
YOU DON'T NEED TO ALREADY BE AN ATHLETE TO TRAIN LIKE ONE.
START BROAD
You won't specialize immediately. Training developed a broad range of physical qualities so you can build a well-rounded foundation before narrowing your focus.
LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS
You'll learn how to squat, hinge, push, pull, brace, jump, land, accelerate, and move with control - skills that form the foundation of a more advanced athletic development.
BUILD YOUR CAPACITY
As your strength, coordination, conditioning, and movement skill improve, training progresses with you. The goal is to continually expand what your body can handle.
TAKE IT WITH YOU
The physical qualities you develop here don't belong to one sport. They become tools you can carry into whatever comes next - your sport, your bodies, or simply your everyday life.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Build the athlete before you build the specialist.
Specialization is important - but it shouldn't come before a strong physical foundation.
Before an athlete needs sport-specific skills, they need the ability to produce and control force. They need to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, maintain endurance, coordinate movement, and control their body through different positions and ranges of motion.
That's where The Athletic Club starts.
We start broad, build your physical capacity, and create a foundation you can eventually take into any sport or discipline.
This isn't where athletic training ends. This is where it begins.

STRENGTH
The foundation of athletic development. Learn to produce, absorb, and control force through foundational movement patterns.
POWER
Learn to express strength quickly. Jump, throw, accelerate, and move explosively while developing your ability to produce force with speed.
SPEED + AGILITY
Develop the ability to react and change direction efficiently - the building blocks of athletic movement.
COORDINATION
Teach your body to work as a system. Develop timing, rhythm, balance, and the ability to connect movements with control.
ENDURANCE
Build the engine that allows you to sustain effort, recover between bouts of activity, and continue performing when fatigue sets in.
MOBILITY
Develop the range of motion needed to move efficiently - and the control and strength to actually use it.
